Arcade Fire: Us Kids Know
Arcade Fire spielen am Freitag im Kölner Tanzbrunnen eins von zwei Konzerten in Deutschland. Das Open Air Konzert ist ausverkauft, aber mit unserem Mixtape könnt ihr euch auch zu Hause einschließen.
Und von ganzem Herzen heulen. Ob nun, weil ihr das Konzert verpasst, euch so sehr darauf freut oder aber die Musik der Kanadier um Win Butler und Régine Chassagne immer so viel in euch auslösen.
Während ich das Mixtape zusammengestellt habe, habe ich gelacht, geweint und bin bei voll aufgedrehter Anlage durch meine Wohnung getanzt. Kaum eine Band löst in mir auf Anhieb so viel aus. Wenn ich mit der Bahn fahre und einfach random Musik höre und plötzlich ein Song von Arcade Fire startet, bekomme ich Gänsehaut, muss mich dazu bewegen und höchst wahrscheinlich werde ich auch feuchte Augen bekommen. (Ich untertreibe.)

Falls ihr übrigens tatsächlich keine Karten mehr bekommen habt, fahrt doch nach Berlin. Das hatte ich auch vor, als ich in Panik beim Vorverkaufsstart dachte, dass Kölner Konzert sei ausverkauft. (Ein Hoch auf Serverunregelmäßigkeiten!) Ich habe dann direkt sechs Karten für das Berliner Konzert gekauft. Falls ihr also noch welche sucht, ich habe Tickets zum Freundschaftspreis abzugeben.
