Melophon hat neue Platten im Spieler und neue Konzerte im Kalender:

Bill Callahan hat mit "Apocalypse" gerade erst ein neues Album herausgebracht und ist am kommenden Donnerstag in Köln im Stadtgarten live zu sehen. Grund genug, die neue Platte vorzustellen und die Historie des Künstlers näher zu beleuchten.

Ebenso präsent auf unserer Konzertliste: Die Meat Puppets! Warum die Cow Punk-Pioniere bei Melophon geliebt werden, wird heute abend erklärt.

Auf dem neuen Album der Wild Beasts geht es äußerst subtil zur Sache, auch wenn ihr Bandname anderes vermuten lässt. Wir hören in die Platte "Smother" rein.

"Shore to Shore" heißt die aktuelle Scheibe von Norman Palm, in Berlin ansässiger Vollzeitnormade und Vorprogramm von Bodi Bill diese Woche. Auch dieses Album bekommt ihr als Vorgeschmack für das bevorstehende Konzert bei uns zu hören.
