Neuseeland, das Land der Kiwis, bietet unglaublich viele verschiedene Landschaften und Kulturen auf engstem Raum.
Auf den zwei Inseln findet man allein schon vier verschiedene Vegetationszonen. In keinem anderem Land der Welt reichen Gletscher so nah an den Urwald heran wie in Neuseeland. Und auch die Tierwelt ist faszinierend. Die Inseln waren so lange vom Festland getrennt, dass sich dort eine einzigartige Artenvielfalt entwickeln konnte.
Und nicht nur die Natur von Neuseeland ist so beeindruckend. Wir werden uns auch die Kultur anschauen. Besonders auch die der Ureinwohner Neuseelands, den Maori. Außerdem gilt Neuseeland als eines der saubersten Länder auf der ganzen Welt. Dort wird der meiste Strom durch erneuerbare Energien produziert. Ob dieses Saubermann Image wirklich so berechtigt ist werden wir sehen.
